Overview:
I am looking for a Systems Architect with 5+ years experience to join a leading systems integrator in Spain.
This is a 2 year project, with the initial duration of 12 months.
You will be responsible for designing, implementing and maintaining scalable and efficient systems architecture for the organisation.
Responsibilities:
- Design and develop a scalable and robust system architecture that meets business requirements and adheres to best practices.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Evaluate existing systems and infrastructure to identify areas for improvement and optimisation.
- Lead the design and implementation of new systems and integrations, ensuring seamless operation and high performance.
- Perform architectural reviews and provide recommendations to improve system reliability, security and scalability.
- Stay up to date on emerging technologies and industry trends to recommend innovative solutions. Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior team members as needed.
- Collaborate with third-party vendors and suppliers to integrate external systems and services
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Systems Architect or similar role, with strong experience designing and implementing complex systems.
- In-depth knowledge of system design principles, software architecture and development methodologies. Proficient in a variety of programming languages and technologies, such as Java, Python.
- Proficient in Docker, Kubernetes and Terraform.
- Strong experience within a Linux and Unix environment
