Identity Governance & Administration Associate
Location: Dallas, Tx - Hybrid (2 days on-site)
Glocomms are partnered with a globally leading Investment Management firm in the search for an Identity Governance & Administration Associate/Lead to join their InfoSec team based in Dallas, Tx.
The position requires experience in areas of Identity & Access Management, InfoSec, Compliance, Audit, and the hands-on use of Identity tools such as Saviynt.
Key responsibilities include:
- Further develop the Access Management program and drive maturity.
- Identify new IAM tools to onboard.
- Conduct vendor assessments.
- Spearhead the Security Awareness Program.
- Act as a liaison between technical and non-technical teams.
- Be hands-on with Savyint whilst reviewing new tools to implement.
- Become well-versed with the firms identity and access structure and it's applications including include Microsoft Entra.
- Work with existing processes/systems whilst making constructive suggestions for improvements.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience using Identity tools, most importantly Saviynt.
- Software programming or scripting experience in SQL, and understanding of how application run on the back-end.
- Ability to act as the conduit between data owners, system owners, and business managers to gather requirements.
- Ability to strategize with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills.
