Key Responsibilities:
Overview : As an Identity Access Management (IAM) Program Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the design, implementation, and maintenance of our organisation's IAM program. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that our systems and data are secure, and that access to resources is managed effectively across the organisation. This position requires a deep understanding of IAM principles, strong project management skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders.
IAM Strategy and Planning:
- Develop and maintain an IAM strategy aligned with organisational goals and objectives.
- Identify and assess IAM risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in IAM.
Program Management:
- Lead the planning, execution, and monitoring of IAM projects and initiatives.
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
- Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, and resources.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
Identity Governance:
- Establish and enforce policies and procedures for user access management.
- Define roles and responsibilities for access provisioning and de-provisioning.
- Implement identity governance tools and technologies to automate access controls.
Access Management:
- Implement access control mechanisms to protect sensitive data and resources.
- Manage user authentication and authorisation processes.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements related to access management.
Identity Lifecycle Management:
- Manage the lifecycle of user identities from onboarding to offboarding.
- Implement processes for account provisioning, deprovisioning, and recertification.
- Monitor user activity and enforce security policies.
Risk Management:
- Conduct risk assessments and vulnerability scans to identify IAM-related risks.
- Develop and implement controls to mitigate identified risks.
- Monitor and analyse security logs and reports for suspicious activities.
Stakeholder Communication:
- Communicate IAM-related concepts and requirements to stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.
- Provide regular updates on IAM initiatives and projects.
- Collaborate with IT teams, business units, and external partners/vendors as needed.
